When the Pluck’s ADR 500 series of rotary screen is linked up with a high volume low kW effluent pump, the very efficient low kW Pluck’s EPS pond stirrers (0.75kW to 1.1kW) and our patented twin pond set up, your dairy farm power kiloWatt consumption for effluent will be very very low and nearly maintenance free in every way.

The total kiloWatts of all electric motors combined in this system is usually less than 18kW and of course, they all don’t run at once.

Because your effluent is so clean after passing through the Pluck’s ADR 500 and so well blended with the EPS stirrers, we will be able to set up your main pond pump with a very small and efficient low kiloWatt fresh water type pump, instead of a big inefficient effluent pump. Again saving you loads on your electric power bills.
