The ADR 500 screens by simply pumping your effluent into the rotating drum, where your effluent liquid splashes around and makes its way out through the spaces (1mm) in the strainer screen of the rotating drum, leaving behind the very fine effluent grass fibers, cow hair and anything else bigger than 1mm, including ear tags, rubber gloves, bits of tail, teeth, hoof bits and so on. Regardless of the rubbish that gets into your effluent, it will not get through to your main effluent pond, main line or irrigator setup. All this trash will simply end up in your screen bunker. Therefore no blocked nozzles no matter what type of irrigator set up you have, whether it’s a rubber nozzled travelling irrigator or a fixed center pivot with very fine nozzles.

The Pluck’s ADR 500 rotary screens are all stainless steel and are very low kW power to run, in fact just 0.4kW.
